Jacob co-founded NR2154 in Copenhagen and opened the New York studio in 2008. He has a passion for visual storytelling and extensive experience in branding, editorial design, and art direction. He leads and inspires teams to create beautiful and impactful brands that connect with culture. He is driven by a global and hyper-connected way of working and is dedicated to building a new model of studio and network of collaborators, while pushing creative boundaries with NR's ambitious clients.

Rana leads and sets the strategic vision for the studio. She obsessively aligns our team with your needs and ambition by drawing upon three decades of client-side experience leading global campaigns for brands such as the Olympics, Coca-Cola and Stella Artois. Through this she brings complete dedication to building productive and harmonious client partnerships, a sharp eye for fresh, innovative strategies, and the development of outstanding work that delivers real results.

Matthew partners with NR’s clients to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions for their business in response to shifts in culture and technology. He leads teams in building brand platforms, products, and communications that are rooted in purpose and creativity — encouraging a “what if?” mindset to realize collaborative goals.

Troels co-founded NR2154 and leads the design team in Copenhagen. He draws inspiration from a diverse range of sources including science, art, and history to create original, elegant, and impactful multidisciplinary solutions. Whether it is a book design or a visual identity, he strives to find authentic answers to complex challenges, constantly pushing boundaries and questioning ideas to achieve the best possible results.

Elina has been leading NR's design projects since 2009, first based in New York and now in Paris. Together with her teams, she blends a holistic approach to design with detail-oriented craftsmanship, resulting in elegant and thoughtful solutions that effectively communicate brands across diverse mediums.

Felix leads industrial and product design at NR. He and his team create work that seamlessly integrates into brand storytelling and enhances the customer experience across industries, including fragrance, cosmetics, haircare, spirits, products, furniture, and retail.

William leads spatial and experiential design projects at NR. He brings a global perspective and a background in furniture and interior design to constantly discover new ways to enhance and elevate a brand's physical presence.

Julie leads art direction, style, and image making projects at NR. She has extensive experience in creating campaigns and content for global clients in the fashion, beauty, and luxury industries, combining artistic direction and styling to capture visually striking and memorable worlds for brands.
