Following our brand identity work for Nuori, the next step was to elevate Nuori’s freshness concept beyond powerful skincare formulas to other aspects of everyday beauty and grooming rituals. Our challenge was to create a timeless accessory line that will continue to look fresh, while prioritizing sustainability.
We looked to Scandinavian design traditions—impeccable craftsmanship, attention to detail, and an intertwined relationship between simplicity and functionality—as a starting point for the design process. By deconstructing the functionality and shapes of iconic beauty accessories that have brought ease and practicality to grooming rituals for centuries, we created a unique shape language that elevates the Nuori promise of 100% efficacy.
Together with the Nuori team, we embarked on a long search for the perfect materials that would be durable, sustainable, and deliver the tactility and ease of use synonymous with the brand. High quality vegan leather was selected for the travel cases, while cellulose acetate made of FSC/PEFC certified wood pulp was selected for the combs.
