To honor this milestone, we designed a definitive volume released in 2023: a curated guide celebrating the watch’s evolution, design ethos, and global impact. Published by Rizzoli, the book offers rare insight into the craftsmanship and innovation driving the brand, offering readers glimpses behind the scenes into Casio’s R&D facilities in Japan.
Reflecting the bold aesthetic of the watch itself, the book’s design mirrors G-SHOCK’s DNA. A metallic cover housed within a sturdy slipcase echoes the brand’s industrious design and spirit. Inside, layered visuals and archival photography create a tactile journey through four decades of impact which still resonate today.
A highlight of the book is its exploration of G-SHOCK’s unparalleled history of collaborations.
