Our fourth partnership with Douglas Elliman, Ocean Terrace defines a new standard for luxury. Primarily residential with a connected hotel, this new development catered to prospective buyers in search of a different pace from South Beach.

Our identity showcases the desirability of this burgeoning neighborhood and the unparalleled design of the residences, with undulating terraces opening to unobstructed views of the ocean. A circular mark reflects the development’s organic architectural language and structured modernist lines, symbolizing the balance of life inside and outside. Underpinned by refined discretion, the identity was activated across collateral, website design and art direction.
