Founded in 1880 in Modena, Italy’s automotive capital, Schedoni is a storied family-run leather atelier. For decades, the brand had quietly worked behind the scenes, crafting some of the world’s finest leather interiors and bespoke luggage for Italy’s most prestigious automotive brands, including Ferrari. For the first time, the company was stepping forward as a consumer-facing luxury leather brand, opening the door to direct engagement with collectors, collaborators, and connoisseurs of Italian craftsmanship.
To reintroduce the brand to this new audience, we crafted a brand identity that captures Schedoni's automotive legacy and brings its craftsmanship to life. We refined the original wordmark, celebrating the brand's heritage while bringing in a modern sensibility. Paired with a new S mark inspired by race tracks, and a license mark for product identification, the identity balances automotive nostalgia with contemporary luxury.
To introduce the new era of the brand, we shot Schedoni's workshops, materials, and surroundings on location in Modena, capturing the energy of Italy’s automotive capital. The immediacy of the still and moving images reveal the human side of the brand, capturing the craftsmanship behind the products.
